No crispy shrimp croquette or grilled turbot on our plate without the fresh catch of our Belgian fishermen. They live to the rhythm of the waves, with the sea running through their veins. It’s where they were born and where they belong.

The fishing tradition is often linked to a strong family history and an indelible love for the sea. A love shared by our North Sea chefs who depend on fishermen to fill their pots and pans. Because what’s better than being served a well-cooked fish caught the night before?
